α-酮戊二酸制备

1.将225g草酰琥珀酸三乙酯与600ml浓盐酸混合，放置过液。蒸馏浓缩至140℃，剩余物冷却结晶，得α-酮基戊二酸110-112g，收率92-93%。

2.制法：

草酰丁二酸三乙酯（3）：于装有搅拌器、回流冷凝器的反应瓶中，加入无水乙醇360mL，分批加入洁净的金属钠23g（1.0mol），加完后加热回流使金属钠反应完全。改成蒸馏装置，将乙醇蒸出，同时不断滴加甲苯，将乙醇除净，直至内温得到105℃.冷至室温，加入无水乙醚650mL，草酸二乙酯146g（1mol），搅拌下加入丁二酸二乙酯（2）174g（1.0mol），室温放置12h。搅拌下加入水500mL，分出有机层，有机层用水150mL提取，合并水层，浓盐酸酸化，析出油状物。分出油层，水层用乙醚提取3次。合并有机层，无水硫酸镁干燥。回收乙醚得黄色油状化合物（3）235～250g，收率86%～91%。a-羰基戊二酸（1）：于装有搅拌器、回流冷凝器的反应瓶中，加入上述化合物（3）225g（0.82mol），浓盐酸330mL，水660mL，搅拌下加热回流4h，减压浓缩至干（60～70℃），剩余物中加入硝基乙烷200mL，加热溶解，趁热过滤，滤饼用热的硝基乙烷洗涤。合并硝基乙烷溶液，于0～10℃搅拌5h。抽滤，于90℃减压干燥4h，得化合物（1）88～99g，收率73%～83%。
