西洛他唑制备

在冰浴冷却下,在5-氯-N-环己基戊酰胺的苯溶液中,缓慢加入五氯化磷,在室温和搅拌下,加入氨的苯溶液。搅拌反应后,经处理得到5-(4-氯丁基)-1-环己基四唑。将6-羟基-3,4-二氢-2(1H)喹啉酮和氢氧化钾溶于异丙醇中,在回流下,滴加5-(4-氯丁基)-1-环己基四唑的异丙醇溶液。继续回流搅拌,得到的物质经处理即为西洛他唑。
