体外研究 对羟基肉桂酸(对香豆酸)是一种普遍存在的具有抗氧化和抗炎特性的植物代谢产物。对羟基肉桂酸(500μM和1mM)分别相对于基础水平降低ADP诱导的血小板聚集(55•2(SE 4•01)%和35•6(SE 2•35)%)。对羟基肉桂酸能够改变血小板功能,这是一种模拟初级止血的剪切诱导装置。对羟基肉桂酸也会干扰花生四烯酸级联,减少血栓素B2的产生和脂多糖诱导的前列腺素E2的产生(分别为IC50 371和126μM)[1]。
