• 体外研究: 氟桂利嗪阻断培养的大鼠皮层神经元中的钠电流(INa)和钙电流(ICa),IC50值分别为0.94μM和1.77μM[2]。氟桂利嗪(10和30μM；24小时)对嗜铬细胞有细胞毒性作用[4]。氟桂利嗪(1-30μM)在3-10μM浓度下对嗜铬细胞有明显的细胞保护作用[4]。细胞毒性试验[4]细胞系：嗜铬细胞[4]浓度：10和30μM孵育时间：24小时结果：在10μM浓度下,细胞死亡有增加的趋势,在30μM浓度时,细胞损失接近100%。
• 体内研究: 氟桂利嗪(腹腔注射；30 mg/kg；一次)保护小鼠免受脂多糖(LPS-)诱导的急性肺损伤(ALI)[5]。动物模型：脂多糖诱导急性肺损伤的雄性BALB/c小鼠(6-8周龄)[5]剂量：30 mg/kg给药：腹膜内注射；30 mg/kg；结果：抑制LPS诱导的细胞内流、蛋白泄漏和炎性细胞因子释放。抑制肺部炎症。
