描述 雷帕酮是一种天然苯醌。雷帕酮具有广泛的生物学作用,包括抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌和抗寄生虫。雷帕酮也是一种有效和选择性的人类滑膜PLA2抑制剂,IC50为2.6μM[1][2][3][4]。

体外研究 拉帕酮(10-40μM;24小时)抑制细胞活力,原代大鼠肝细胞和HepG2细胞的IC50分别为35.58μM和27.89μM[1]。拉帕酮(10-40μM;24小时)诱导HepG2细胞中浓度依赖性线粒体膜电位耗散、ATP耗竭、过氧化氢生成和磷脂酰丝氨酸外化[1]。雷帕酮抑制复合物III的电子传递并促进线粒体功能障碍[1]。
体内研究 雷帕酮(2.5-10mg/kg;i、 在小鼠角叉菜胶足水肿模型中显示抗炎作用[4]。
