Use of biotin sulfo-osuSulfo-NHS-Biotin, or Sulfosuccinimidyl biotin, is a water soluble biotinylation reagent used in Biotin-Streptavidin binding reactions. It is ideal for biotinylating antibody or protein that can then be used for protein detection or immobilization when used in conjunction with streptavidin and Immobilized Streptavidin. Sulfo-NHS-Biotin is particularly useful for targeting cell surface proteins in Streptavidin-Biotin assays. |
