[体内研究]

氟氯西林的血清清除半衰期为1.31-1.39小时,单次250mg剂量给药后6小时,氟氯西林的血清浓度为0.46微克/ mL [1]。口服氟氯西林不会影响汗液电解质,也不是汗液检测的禁忌症[2]。据报道,氟氯西林在人体内代谢为青霉酸,抗菌活性的5'-羟甲基衍生物和5'-羟甲基衍生物的青霉酸。氟氯西林在大鼠体内的代谢相似[3]。

[动物实验]

大鼠:在实验当天,动物静脉推注200mg / kg,作为纯游离酸钠氟氯西林(剂量体积:1mL无菌水/ kg),然后返回代谢笼。在给药前将尿液直接收集到单独的CO2冷却容器中24小时,然后在给药后频繁间隔[3]。
