[体外研究]

(+)-冰片存在于许多药用植物的精油中,包括缬草(Valeriana officinalis),洋甘菊(Matricaria chamomilla)和薰衣草(Lavandula officinalis)。这些植物的提取物传统上用于缓解焦虑,烦躁和失眠。 (+)-发现冰片对GABAA受体具有高效的正调节作用。 (+)-冰片可使低浓度GABA的作用增强1000％以上(EC50 =248μM)[1]。

[体内研究]
