(±)-樟脑(合成)制备
1.以樟树的叶、枝桠、木片为原料,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取樟脑。
将原料装于木甑中,汽化锅内加水,进行水上蒸馏,导出的油水蒸气经冷凝得到樟脑结晶。结晶樟脑经离心机分离送至蒸馏釜加热熔化后,进行精馏,冷却结晶回收樟脑。此时樟脑纯度高达96%以上。然后通过升华锅升华精制即得成品。
精制方法:有升华法、蒸馏法、分步结晶法和溶剂结晶法等。用溶剂结晶法精制时常用的溶剂有50%的乙醇水溶液和溶剂汽油。此外,也可以将樟脑溶解于浓乙酸后加水沉淀的方法进行精制。
2.天然樟脑的制备 樟树是我国的特产树种,其根、茎、枝、叶都含有樟脑和樟油。
3.合成樟脑的制备莰烯的制备 以松节油为原料,提取其中的蒎烯,经异构化得含莰烯的异构液。莰烯分馏 含莰烯的异构液由贮槽泵至高位槽,经转子流量计计量和预热器预热后,连续进入莰烯蒸馏塔,进行减压蒸馏,得到含莰烯91%以上的工业莰烯。莰烯直接水合生成异龙脑 用泵把水槽的无离子水打入配料槽,把莰烯从贮槽放入异丙醇贮槽溶解,用泵打到配料槽与无离子水混合均匀后,用泵打到高位槽然后连续流经预热器,再进入水合反应柱进行反应。含异龙脑的反应液放入贮槽,经泵泵至高位槽,然后连续进入连蒸器,馏出物经冷凝器冷凝成液体回流入配料槽重新用作配料,器底的粗异龙脑液连续出料入贮槽,经泵把粗异龙脑液泵入带搅拌装置和夹套的浓缩锅进一步加热浓缩,馏出物经冷凝器冷凝成液体回流入配料槽重新用作配料,当温度达到100℃时停止夹套加热,改为夹套通冷却水冷却。异龙脑浓缩液经搅拌结晶后,放入贮槽,经离心机进行水洗、甩干,得到异龙脑装桶。其中,一部分作为产品销售,大部分用于生产药用樟脑。离心分离的油状物和洗涤水并入副产油回收工段。异龙脑脱氢生成樟脑 在脱氢锅内加入异龙脑,加入一定量的二甲苯溶解之,把碱式碳酸铜催化剂按加入量分几次加入脱氢锅,在180~200℃下进行脱氢反应,氢气经鼓泡器和阻火器排至大气。脱氢至终点后生成樟脑。樟脑纯化成药用樟脑 在脱氢锅内加入后处理新催化剂进行后处理。然后把樟脑放入汽化锅汽化,连续进入樟脑分馏塔进行常压分馏。馏出物送到二甲苯回收塔分馏回收二甲苯和莰烯复用。塔底熔融的樟脑连续进入升华锅,并用油浴升温至210℃,樟脑不断升华,入升华室冷却成为药用樟脑,不凝性气体经过水喷淋装置回收樟脑后排入大气。
