拉氧头孢 钠盐作用

拉氧头孢钠的抗菌谱与头孢噻肟近似,对多种革兰阴性菌有良好的抗菌作用。大肠杆菌、流感杆菌、克雷白杆菌、各型变形杆菌、肠杆菌属、枸橼酸杆菌、沙雷杆菌等常对该品高度敏感。对厌氧菌有良好的抗菌作用。此外,由于拉氧头孢钠的耐β-内酰胺酶的性能强,微生物对该品很少发生耐药性。
