[体外研究]

可以在0.01单层的表面覆盖率下检测到三氯甲基,对应于表面积为2.2m 2/g的土壤,其对应于20ppm(质量/质量)。 TEA是三氯甲基的彻底水解产物,在0.001单层的表面覆盖率下检测到,相当于0.86 ppm [1]。

[体内研究]

三氯甲基盐酸盐对精子发生的后期生成阶段具有遗传风险,并且通过其对精母细胞的作用而干扰精子头部的形态。发现三氯甲基盐酸盐的毒性作用影响小鼠的体重,降低睾丸的相对重量,破坏生精小管中的精子发生,引起附睾中多核细胞的出现,并增加完全成熟的精子头部异常率[2]。

[动物实验]

小鼠:使用显性致死突变试验(DLM)和精子异常试验,在给药1周后评估细胞抑制性三氯甲基盐酸盐的遗传效应。剂量为0.5mg / kg,连续7天,相当于人治疗剂量。同时,评估细胞生长抑制剂对男性性器官的直接毒性作用[2]。
