[体内研究]

在丹酚酸A治疗组中观察到丹酚酸A(SAA)的显着有益效果。丹酚酸A(20mg/kg)可显着延长大鼠在平板上的保留时间。与假手术组相比,模型组脑水含量显着增加,丹酚酸A(10和20 mg/kg)显着减弱。与模型组相比,丹酚酸A(5,10和20 mg/kg)可维持神经元的正常结构,增加神经元数量。还发现丹酚酸A(20mg/kg)可显着降低I/R诱导的MMP-9上调。虽然MMP-2表达不受丹酚酸A的显着影响,但金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂(TIMPs)可通过与MMPs催化结构域的高亲和力结合来抑制MMP的活性[1]。
