DL-丙氨酸是一种氨基酸,是L-和D-丙氨酸的外消旋化合物。DL-丙氨酸用作还原剂和封端剂,与硝酸银水溶液一起用于生产纳米颗粒。DL-丙氨酸可用于Cu(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)、Cd(11)等过渡金属螯合作用的研究。DL-丙氨酸是一种甜味剂,与甘氨酸和糖精钠一起分类。DL-丙氨酸在组织和肝脏之间的葡萄糖-丙氨酸循环中起着关键作用[1][2][3][4][5][6]。

DL-2-氨基丙酸制备

1.乙醛与氢氰酸反应生成氰醇，再与氨反应得到氨基腈，然后在碱性条件下水解生成氨基丙酸钠，经离子交换而得丙氨酸。

2.将2-溴丙酸、碳酸氨铵、浓氨水混合反应。加水加热回流，反应液蒸发至干，乙醇浸洗过滤。滤饼溶于蒸馏水，煮沸，活性炭脱色，滤液加入95%乙醇，冷却析出结晶，干燥得丙氨酸。

3.将丙酸慢慢加入三氯化磷后，于78～83℃慢慢滴加溴，加完后保温1h，升温至105℃使大部分溴化氢挥发，再用减压蒸馏除去溴化氢，所得溴丙酸待用。将碳酸氢钠、氢氧化铵和水混合后，慢慢加入上述溴丙酸，控制温度为30～40℃，加完后保温16h，升温至90～100℃至氨挥发完全，然后浓缩至出现结晶，倒入甲醇中，冷却过滤得结晶。将所得粗品结晶用水溶解，加入活性炭脱色，过滤，滤液倒入乙醇中结晶，即可得成品。过程反应式：
