[体外研究]

对柠檬烯的急性毒性主要归因于常见的氧化产物柠檬烯-氢过氧化物。突变蛋白AhpCL177Q 35能够通过将氢过氧化物还原成更良性的化合物来缓解这种毒性[1]。柠檬烯对淋巴瘤细胞系发挥抗增殖作用而不改变正常的淋巴细胞活力[2]。

[体内研究]

柠檬烯(50-100 mg/kg)通过局部粘膜防御机制发挥胃保护作用,如增加粘液产生,调节氧化应激和炎症反应以及抑制Nf-κb表达[3]。

柠檬烯;双戊烯制备

1.广泛存在于天然的植物精油中。其中主要含右旋体的有蜜柑油、柠檬油、香橙油、樟脑白油等。含左旋体的有薄荷油等。含消旋体的有橙花油,杉油和樟脑白油等。在制造本品时,分别由上述精油进行分馏制取,也可以从一般精油中萃取萜烯,或在加工樟脑油及合成樟脑的过程中,作为副产物制得。所得双戊烯,经蒸馏提纯可得苧烯。用松节油作原料,进行分馏、切取α-蒎烯,经异构化制莰烯,然后分馏得到。莰烯的副产物为双戊烯。此外,用松节油水合制松油醇时也可副产双戊烯。
