Acetylspiramycin 是一种大环内酯类抗生素。

乙酰螺旋霉素作用

抗菌谱近似红霉素，对葡萄球菌、化脓性链球菌、肺炎链球菌、脑膜炎球菌、淋球菌、白喉杆菌、支原体、梅毒螺旋体等有抗菌作用。口服100mg或200mg，于2小时血药浓度达峰，分别为0.8μg/ml和1μg/ml。体内分布以肺脏、肝脏较多，胆汁中浓度可达血清浓度的7-10倍，尿液中排泄甚少。本品不能透过正常人的血脑障。
