In Vivo COX-2-IN-23 (compound 9a) (9 mg/kg; a single i.p.; 0-4 hours) exhibits anti-inflammatory activities and lowest incidence of pepticulcer[1]. Animal Model: Mature male albino rats[1] Dosage: 9 mg/kg Administration: Intraperitoneal injection; 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4 hours. Result: Had similar ulcerogenic activity to celecoxib.
