[体外研究]

体外：Chebulinic acid的结合导致催化Tyr129远离其靶DNA-磷酸分子。 [1] Chebulinic acid在ED50值为100μM时降低MMP-2的表达和活性。发现EMT(上皮细胞向间充质细胞转变)通过SMAD-3磷酸化在ARPE-19细胞中被诱导,并被CA抑制。 [2] chebulinic acid显着抑制玻璃体中的H + K + -ATPase活性IC50为65.01μg/ ml。 [3]
