L-组氨酸制备
1.从猪血、牛血中提取。猪血经喷雾干燥制得血粉,每100kg猪血约18kg血粉。L-组氨酸常用其盐酸盐([7048-02-4])。将含有L-组氨酸的洗脱液,浓缩至出现结晶,趁热用盐酸调至pH为2.5,立即加入2倍于溶液量的乙醇,静置,沉淀,过滤,即得L-组氨酸盐酸盐粗品,经脱色、重结晶、干燥得成品。L-组氨酸也可从脱脂大豆的水解产物中提取。
