[体外研究]

4-羟基苄醇抑制eEND2细胞的增殖并抑制eEND2细胞的迁移,同时抑制肌动蛋白丝的重组[2]。 4-羟基苄醇诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡[3]。

[体内研究]

4-羟基苄醇具有抗血管生成,抗炎和抗伤害感受的活性,可能通过其对NO产生的下调活性[1]。 4-羟基苄醇(200 mg/kg)可有效抑制肿瘤的生长和血管生成[3]。 4-羟基苄醇改善大鼠短暂局灶性脑缺血诱导的缺血性损伤,这种神经保护作用可能部分与减弱凋亡途径有关[4]。
