反式肉桂酸具有抗菌活性,对鱼类病原体A. sobria,SY-AS1的抑制浓度(MIC)最低为250μg/ mL。反式肉桂酸对虹鳟肠道分离物A. sobria SY-AS3和S. baltica,SY-S145,鳃分离物F. spartansii SY-FS1和鱼类病原体A. salmonicida ATCC 33658,Listonella anguillarum,SY-具有中度抑制作用。 L24,V。crassostreae SY-VC10和Y. ruckeri E42。当培养基的pH不被中和时,反式肉桂酸对细菌更有效[1]。
